What Came Before

Literal Translation

Wu 無

Without

 Ji 極

Boundary, Pole

Wuji literally means "without limit" or "without extreme." Non-polar or non-dual.

Practical Meaning

In Daoist cosmology, Wuji is the zero-point of infinite potential before it divides into Taiji, the "great extremes" that are represented by the forces of Yin and Yang.

It is nothing, yet simultaneously gives birth to all things.

Why it Matters

We embody this philosophy by creating an environment of

- limitless potential where people can reconnect with their body's natural ability to heal.

-humility and curiosity: avoiding dogmatism or attachment to any single belief or approach.
