Acupuncture
Hair-thin filiform needles are gently inserted into a personalized selection of acupuncture points to address both acute concerns and the underlying patterns that affect your health.
Fire Cupping
Cups are placed on targeted areas of the body with moderate suction, increasing local blood flow, reducing muscle tension and pain, and detoxing cellular waste.
Moxibustion
Dried mugwort is burned over specific acupuncture points and body areas to provide targeted heat, stimulate circulation, and decrease swelling and inflammation.
Gua Sha
A smooth-edged tool is applied with controlled pressure and scraping to targeted areas. This increases local circulation and relieving muscle tension and pain, but can also be used to address stagnation and support the body’s defensive functions.
